Ge ic670alg620 is an RTD input module for industrial automation applications. RTD stands for resistance temperature detector, which is a sensor that measures temperature through the resistance change of metal wire. This module is dedicated to connecting these RTD temperature devices to the Ge field control station. Connecting RTD temperature sensor: ic670alg620 can accept up to four inputs from three or four wire RTDS.
Convert the signal to a digital value: it reads the voltage generated by each RTD and converts it to a digital format for the control system to understand.
