The cloud management platform developed based on Internet+, big data, mobile communication and other technologies meets the needs of users or operation and maintenance companies to monitor the operation status and parameters of many substation circuits, indoor ambient temperature and humidity, cable and bus operating temperature, on-site equipment or environmental video scenes, etc., to achieve a central star of data, centralized storage, unified management, convenient use, support authorized users to access and receive alarms through computers, mobile phones, PAD and other terminal links, and complete the management of daily and regular patrol inspection and dispatching of related equipment.
4.2 Application Sites
Suitable for the construction, expansion, and renovation of power distribution operation and maintenance systems in industries such as telecommunications, finance, transportation, energy, medical and health, cultural and sports, education and research, agriculture, forestry and water conservancy, commercial services, and public utilities.
4.3 System Architecture
The system can be divided into four layers: perception layer, transport layer, application layer, and presentation layer.
Perception layer: includes multifunctional instruments installed in the substation, temperature and humidity monitoring devices, cameras, switch acquisition devices, etc. Except for the camera head, other devices are connected to the on-site intelligent gateway RS485 port through the RS485 bus.
Transport layer: includes devices such as on-site intelligent gateways and switches. The intelligent gateway actively collects data from on-site device layer devices, performs protocol conversion, data storage, and uploads the data to the designated server port through a switch. In case of network failure, the data can be stored locally, and when the network is restored, it can continue to upload data from the interrupted location to ensure that the server-side data is not lost.
Application layer: It includes application servers and database servers. If the number of substations is less than 30, the application servers and database servers can be configured together. The server needs to have a fixed IP address to receive data actively transmitted by various intelligent gateways.
Display layer: Users access platform information through multiple terminals such as mobile phones, tablets, and computers.
4.4 System Functions
4.4.1 Energy Monthly Report
The monthly energy consumption report supports users to query the electricity consumption of managed stations by total electricity consumption, substation name, substation number, etc. The query span can be set to months.
4.4.2 Site Monitoring
Site monitoring includes overview, operational status, daily event records, hourly electricity consumption curve for the day, and electricity usage overview.
4.4.3 Transformer Status
The transformer status supports users to query the power, load rate, and other operating status data of all or a certain station’s transformers, and supports ranking in ascending or descending order according to load rate, power, etc.
4.4.4 Operations and Maintenance
Operation and maintenance display the location and total amount information of the substation on the map currently managed by the user.
4.4.5 Distribution diagram
The distribution diagram displays the distribution information of the selected substation, showing the switch status, current, and other operating status and information of each circuit. It supports detailed operation parameter queries such as voltage, current, and power.
4.4.6 Video Monitoring
Video monitoring displays the current real-time image (live streaming), and selecting a certain substation can view the video information inside the substation.
