The el7062 dual channel EtherCAT terminal module is mainly designed to directly connect two terminals with a maximum current of 3 A and a voltage range of 8 48 V medium power stepping motor. The motion control interface terminal module has flexible parameter setting and minimized channel cost, and has a wide range of applications, especially for price sensitive stepping motor applications.
EtherCAT terminal module el7062 has a very compact structure, integrating stepper motor interface and two digital inputs for limit switches, and each channel has an encoder interface, which can be used for various 5 V encoders. By setting parameters, the el7062 can flexibly adapt to the motor to be driven and the corresponding application requirements. In terms of input encoder signal, it supports a full range of TTL encoders (5 V differential, single ended / open collector). It ensures the smooth and accurate operation of the motor through ultra-high-resolution micro steps.
The maximum total output current of el7062 is 6 A, so it can usually drive two 3 a stepper motors. This configuration is also variable. For example, the motion control interface can also be configured as 2 A and 4 a motors. If equipped with zb8610 fan module (available as an accessory), the maximum current can even be increased to 5 a per channel. Compared with the single channel solution, the dual channel version of el7062 can significantly reduce the channel price.
