Pingsheng electronic small reservoir dynamic supervision and early warning system small reservoir safety monitoring capacity improvement pilot project reservoir safety monitoring system (reservoir rainfall regime monitoring and dam safety monitoring system) includes automatic rainfall regime monitoring, dam safety monitoring, video monitoring, gate monitoring and reservoir safety monitoring management platform software.
The Pingsheng electronic reservoir rainfall and water regime monitoring and dam safety monitoring system monitors the rainfall and water level in the reservoir area in real time and online, dynamically monitors and analyzes the dam safety factors such as seepage flow, seepage pressure and surface deformation, and monitors the scene with video/image, which can expand the intelligent control function of the gate. The system scientifically analyzes the intelligent early warning, provides data basis for the safe operation management of the reservoir, the safety appraisal of the reservoir, the formulation of the reservoir reinforcement scheme and the flood control and drought relief command and operation, and improves the informatization and intelligent management level of the reservoir.

Case 1: reservoir monitoring and early warning project of a County Water Bureau in Anhui Province
Reservoir safety is the top priority of flood control and flood fighting all over the country, and reservoir monitoring system, as an important non engineering measure for reservoir risk elimination, has been paid more and more attention by water conservancy management departments. In 2015, the Water Affairs Bureau of a county in Anhui invested in the construction of the “reservoir monitoring and early warning project”, and the first batch of remote monitoring equipment was installed for 12 key reservoirs in the county, realizing the real-time monitoring of reservoir water and rain conditions.
Communication network:
The monitoring center of the water authority has a fixed IP that can be connected to the external network, and the system uses the networking mode of public network dedicated line.
The web monitoring software provided by our company is installed on the server of the monitoring center, which is convenient for managers to access remotely.
Monitoring equipment:
The reservoir monitoring terminal data-9201 is powered by solar energy, equipped with 30W solar panels and 24Ah batteries to report the water and rain data to the monitoring center in real time.
The ultrasonic water level gauge with DC12V power supply and RS485 output is selected as the water level detection equipment, with a measuring range of 15m.
The tipping bucket rain gauge with single pulse output is selected as the rainfall detection equipment.
The on-site monitoring equipment is installed with one pole. In order to save transportation costs, the pole is designed and assembled locally according to the specific conditions of each reservoir.
